Osteopataines.pt Visual and web design

Design of the visual identity and website for children's osteopath Inês Silva.

By understanding the problems the client had in attracting new patients, I've created personas to develop a solution.

The whole concept was developed around the peace of mind and security that the treatment would bring to the baby from the moment it was born, and eliminating the fears that parents have about osteopathic treatment.

Role: Web and visual designer

Client: Osteopath Inês Silva

Define and Ideate

Starting with research, leading to a refined outcome.

Information arquitecture

Mapping of the user journey to create an easy experience for visitors to find the information they are looking for.

Visual Identity

Logo

The visual identity reflects the approachable and professional personality of the identity itself.

The soft blue colors combined with the serif font give the overall concept a sense of peace and security.

Typography

Both typefaces have a fairly neutral design, with some modern humanistic features. This allows usage for many purposes and the fonts also have their own modern character.

Color palette

A very soft set of colors reflecting the personality and character of the brand.

Always keeping accessibility in mind, in order to create a cohesive visual language throughout the entire experience.

Photography edits

Photography is one of the visual ways of demonstrating the product. Using a soft edit with warm tones to enhance the feeling of warmth and relaxation.

Prototyping

Digital wireframe
Hi-fi mockups
Sticker sheet

The sticker sheet helps to define and conform all visual elements such as color, typography, spacing and images.

It's a way of maintaining the same style across all components of the web design.
